Georgina began her career in a dementia-specialist care home at 16, developing deep empathy for people in vulnerable stages of life, then spent 10+ years in the dental sector building strong patient relationships.

She later trained as a midwife, supporting people through pivotal life moments. Her calm, non-judgmental approach aligns with TSM’s mission—ensuring every client feels heard, supported and empowered.

Wioleta supports clients with a calm, compassionate and structured approach. She holds a BA in Pedagogy and is a qualified aesthetic practitioner with extensive patient-care experience.

Combining deep listening with practical guidance, she helps clients reduce or stop drinking, rebuild healthy routines and create lasting change—honouring every journey as unique.

Joanna has advocated The Sinclair Method since 2013. In 2016 she founded the award-winning C3 Foundation Europe to support people using TSM and their families.

In 2019, she co-founded Sinclair Method UK with her brother Adrian, working with and educating doctors to improve access and awareness. Joanna is an accredited Alcohol, Drug & Substance Abuse counsellor and accredited in CBT.

Adrian has advocated TSM across the UK and worldwide since 2019, co-founding Sinclair Method UK with Joanna. He brings respect, motivation and practical know-how to help clients get the best from TSM.

He is an accredited Alcohol, Drug & Substance Abuse counsellor and accredited in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.

A GP since 2018, Dr Jolley works in Staffordshire across NHS and private practice. She joined The Sinclair Method UK in 2022 and values being part of a team dedicated to meaningful patient outcomes.

She offers personal, tailored consultations and is on hand for queries. Outside work she’s a mum of three who enjoys family time, travel, skiing, country walks, gardening, running—and a good book.

Dr Merron graduated from the University of Birmingham (1998) and completed five years of junior doctor training across Medicine, Elderly Care, Surgery, Emergency, O&G, Paediatrics and Psychiatry.

A GP Appraiser and former GP Trainer/Programme Director (18+ years), she is passionate about prevention, offering screening and ongoing care to help patients stay as fit and well as possible.

A Doctor of Pharmacy and telemedicine pioneer, Dr Wisam has 5+ years’ experience helping people reclaim control via The Sinclair Method—supporting hundreds to reduce or overcome harmful drinking with dignity and choice.

A contributor to NHS Trust Guidelines for managing alcohol dependence and acute withdrawal, he blends clinical expertise with genuine compassion to help patients achieve lasting change.

Dr Roy Eskapa

Advisor & Author of The Cure for Alcoholism

Roy Eskapa, PhD, studied under Dr David Sinclair (Finland) on deprivation effects and pharmacological extinction. A clinical psychologist, he pioneered naltrexone-based treatment in private practice and worked closely with Dr Sinclair.

He consults for public, private and educational bodies on Sinclair’s work. Roy is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society and a Chartered Psychologist in the UK.

Professor Hart is a senior academic leader with 30+ years’ experience across the UK, Australia, the Middle East and Asia. Formerly a Director at Imperial College London and a Professor at the University of Western Australia, she has led pioneering work in medical curricula and digital innovation.

With advanced qualifications (including a doctorate in Medical Education) and recent publications on TSM, she brings deep expertise in research, clinical education and leadership—advocating compassionate, scalable, evidence-based addiction care.

Harvey holds a BSc in Biomedical Sciences (Royal Holloway, University of London) and serves on its Advisory Board for Life Sciences. He has scaled global healthcare organisations, built high-performing teams and led companies to exits.

A recipient of multiple leadership and commercial awards—and the Princess Diana Award for community work—Harvey champions compassionate, evidence-based care. His mission: help over one million people overcome AUD through TSM and reshape how society views alcohol dependence.
