PRIVATE SUPPORT · YOUR NEXT STEP

Worried about someone's drinking?

You can open a conversation without having all the answers. Learn about the approach, then let them decide whether they want to take the next step.

Book a call to ask your questions

A free 15-minute conversation. Explain that you are asking about someone else.

01

Choose a calm moment

Make room for a private conversation, when you both have time. Focus on what you have noticed and why you care.

02

Offer information

You could share how the Sinclair Method works without asking for an immediate decision. The person can read it in their own time.

03

Leave space to choose

Ask whether they would like to learn more or speak to the team. Taking the next step should be their choice.

A SMALL NEXT STEP

Something you can share

Send them a link to the method explanation. Sharing the link does not send their details to us.

Can I book for them?

Please speak to the team first about consent and the booking process. Do not enter someone else's personal or health information into the booking form without their agreement.

Can I ask my own questions?

Yes. Start by explaining that you are a partner, relative or friend. The team can explain the programme; they cannot discuss another person's private treatment details without appropriate permission.

A CLEAR FIRST STEP

What happens after you book

01

Your free call

A 15-minute conversation with a senior coach. Ask questions, explain what you want to change and decide whether to go further.

02

Your doctor consultation

If you choose to go ahead, a UK-registered doctor reviews your health and medicines and decides whether treatment is suitable.

03

Your treatment plan

If prescribed, arrange your medication with the dispensing pharmacy. Medication is paid for separately from the programme.

04

Support along the way

Your coaching, practical learning and private community help you work through your programme.
