  • Are there any hidden costs or extra fees?
    No. All costs are made clear before you begin. You’ll know exactly what your plan includes and what (if any) extras may apply, like medication, tests, or coaching before you pay. No admin fees, no surprise bills.
  • Does the package price include the cost of medication?
    The package covers everything except the cost of medication, which is paid separately to your dispensing pharmacy. We’ll guide you through this and explain your options before your prescription is issued.
  • How much does medication usually cost?
    A typical private naltrexone prescription for a course of 28 tablets usually ranges from £89 - £99 per 28 tablets, although the exact price will depend on the pharmacy and how much medication is supplied. Your doctor will explain the options in full and your chosen pharmacy will confirm the final cost before you decide to go ahead.
  • Do I need a blood or liver function test?
    You do not need a Liver Function Test to begin treatment. We can start you on your first 28 tablets without this. Alternatively, you can book a test directly with us from £99 and receive a prescription for 168 tablets.
  • What happens if I’m not medically suitable?
    If you’re found not medically suitable after assessment, we’ll refund your payment (minus a small admin/consultation fee to cover clinical costs) or apply our relief fund if eligible. In many cases, your clinician can recommend and prescribe another suitable medication that works in a similar way to naltrexone.
  • What are the costs for repeat prescriptions or follow-up support?
    After your initial plan, repeat prescriptions and follow-up sessions are available from £95 and £50 respectively. All costs are clear and explained before you renew or book.
  • Can I spread the cost or pay in instalments?
    Yes. The 12-Week Programme costs £595. Pay in full, or split the price into 12 monthly payments of £49.58 with humm (0% interest). The 5-Month Programme costs £795, or 12 monthly payments of £66.25 with humm (0% interest). Medication is not included. Finance is subject to status, affordability and provider terms. The lender confirms the exact payment schedule, including any rounding adjustment. Card, Klarna and PayPal are also available, subject to their own terms.
  • What support is included with my plan?
    Every plan includes private GP consultation, a tailored prescription (if suitable) and dedicated one-to-one support for your chosen period. You’ll have direct access to clinicians by phone, video, or email throughout your plan.
