What happens after you book

A confirmation arrives with your time and your coach’s name.
Your coach reads your answers before the call.
They ring you at the time you picked.
If you’d like to go ahead, they explain the next step. If not, that’s the end of it.

Your own senior coach support and guidance for all 12 weeks.
